Choosing the right product

 


Which product should I choose (P1–P4)?

 

  • P1 (Original Character Creator): No photo needed. You create a stylized character from a design form.

  • P2 (Designed Portrait Figure): 1 selfie + form. Best for a stylized portrait based on your face.

  • P3 (Photo Upload Figure): 1–4 photos. Best when you want the model based on photos (pets/people).

  • P4 (Bondly Originals): Ready-made collectibles (no customization beyond options like size/finish).

 


Can I order as a gift?

Yes — as long as you have permission to use any photos you upload.

 


 

 

Photo requirements (P2 / P3 only)

 


What kind of photo should I upload?

Use clear, well-lit photos with sharp focus and minimal filters. Front/3-4 angle photos work best.


Can I upload multiple photos?

Yes. For P3, 1–4 photos are recommended. More angles usually improves results.


Can you work with older photos or selfies?

Yes — as long as the subject is reasonably clear. Low-quality images may limit detail.


Do you accept group photos?

Standard products are for one subject. For multiple people/pets, choose the correct option (if available) or contact us.

 


 

 

Process & approvals

 


Do I approve before printing starts?

Yes. If your product includes an approval step, printing starts only after your approval.


What if I miss something in the preview?

Please review carefully. After approval, changes may require an additional fee or a new order depending on scope.

 


 

 

Timeline

 


How long does it take?

Typical timelines (may vary by queue, size, and finish):

 

  • 3D model production: 3–5 business days

  • 3D printing & packaging (if printed): 2–4 business days

  • Shipping: depends on destination and carrier

 


Do you offer express options?

When available, you can add Express production at checkout.

 


 

 

Digital 3D files

 


What file formats do you deliver?

We typically deliver GLB. If you need OBJ/STL, contact us before ordering.


How will I receive my digital model?

You’ll receive a secure download link when it’s ready.


Can I 3D print the file myself?

Usually yes. Results depend on printer settings, material, and slicing choices.


How long do you keep the download/production files?

We retain photos and production files for up to 90 days, then delete them. Please download and back up promptly.

 


 

 

Printing & shipping

 


Do you ship printed products worldwide?

Yes — when you choose a printed option at checkout. Available options and rates appear at checkout.


Will the print look exactly like the preview?

We aim for a close match. Minor variations can happen due to printing and finishing processes.


Do you provide tracking?

When tracking is available, we share tracking details once your order ships.


Who pays duties/taxes for international orders?

International customers may be responsible for local duties, taxes, and import fees (unless stated otherwise at checkout).

 


 

 

Revisions

 


Can I request changes after seeing the preview?

Yes. Minor adjustments may be included depending on your package. Extra revisions can be purchased if available.


What counts as a “small revision”?

Minor tweaks (small expression/detail cleanup, small accessory adjustments, minor refinements).


What counts as a “major revision”?

Full redesign, new subject, new photo set, or major structural changes. This may require a new order or an additional fee.

 


 

 

Licensing & sharing

 


Can I share my 3D model online?

Yes for personal use. Commercial use requires a Commercial License add-on (if available).

 


 

 

Privacy & data

 


Will you use my photos/models in ads or public galleries?

Only with your explicit consent.


Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell personal data or identifiable models.


Can I request deletion earlier than 90 days?

Yes — email support@bondlystudio.com with your order number.

 


 

 

Refunds & issues

 


Do you offer refunds?

Custom products have limited refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for details.


What if my digital file has a technical problem?

Contact support — we’ll fix or resend the file when possible.


What if my print arrives damaged?

Contact support with photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.

Can you make pets, couples, or multiple subjects?

Yes in many cases. Choose the correct product/option or contact us for a custom request.


Do you provide color prints?

Color/finishing options depend on the product and are shown on the product page.
