Revisions & approvals

During the approval stage, you can request small tweaks such as minor likeness refinement, small expression/detail cleanup, or small color/texture adjustments.

Major changes such as a new subject, a different source photo, or major pose/outfit changes may require an additional fee or a new order.

We aim for strong likeness, but exact 1:1 matching is not guaranteed.

If the uploaded photo is not usable, we may ask for a better one before continuing.

Privacy (90-day policy)

Your photo and production files are used only to create and fulfill your order.

We retain photo/production files for up to 90 days after completion, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion via support@bondlystudio.com.
